These four lovable moptops changed my life

What a picture.

“…Their SOUND was forever first and one-two-three-foremost within their arsenal, but the band’s look posture, taste, aroma, and very thorn-in-the-craw omnipresence offered vital inspiration, and delivered desperately needed hope by the dumpster-load, to all of us who just refused to take Frampton Comes Alive or even Rumours lying down.” – Gary Pig Gold, fufkin.com, July 2002

  1. Saw them at Barrymore’s in Ottawa, in 1991. (I think it was the last gig there before it closed.) Of all the concerts I’ve experienced, that was the best. The only pause between songs was “1,2,3” and they’d start up again. Blew everybody out of the water. The mosh pit was a frenzy.

  2. Matt says:

My buddies 2 1/2 year old daughter’s favorite song?

    I Wanna Be Sedated.

Watching her bobbing her head and singing “Ba-ba-bamp-ba ba-ba-ba-bamp-ba I wanna be sedated” is quite possibly the funniest thing I have ever seen.

Is there one you identify more with?

  4. Steve T says:

“Hey ho, let’s go!”. For my buddies and me, that line was our signal to start thrashing around the room and yelling out the lyrics. It is still impossible for me to not get charged up when I hear that song.
