Me and Monte Solberg on the Sun News Network set. PLQ just declared by SNN the winner! Victoire!
Warren is drunk with federalist delirium.

Nice that Quebec’s put the sovereignty question away for at least four years…..but hopefully, forever…..
A good day for all of Canada….
Man with beard wins election. Wow. Beware Mulcair.
Glad to see we’re both elated by the result. Considering that PKP has now been elected a PQ MLA, is his role in SNN still the elephant in the room?
Couple things:
1) Even if Marois wins her seat, she can’t possibly remain leader of the PQ can she?
2) If your boss Pierre Karl had talked about making Quebec financially independent from Canada FIRST, before even thinking about seperating from Canada during his press conference announcing his candidacy, do you think we would have seen a PQ majority?
I think the bigger story is Forum Research finally calling something correctly. 😉
to beard or not to beard, that is the election 🙂
I find it ironic Mulcair voted for the LPQ anx Justin Trudeau didn’t. I’ll have to look it up, but I’m guessing Mulcair’s buddy Kelley won, at least that means one progressive in this government
Mulcair was an MNA for the Quebec Liberals Party before jumping into federal politics with the NDP.
As for Trudeau, doesn’t he live full time in Ottawa now? Did that preclude him from voting in the Quebec election?
Should we really awaken Ryan from his dream world?
Who is JT reported to have voted for, if anybody?
He can`t vote in Quebec. He moved to Ottawa.
Good riddance to bad PQ rubbish. May they never soil the fabric of Canada again, as long as any of us live.
Also the BQ.
Solberg & Kinsella… Kinsella & Solberg… the SNN bobbsey twins, sorta not! And now on to the repercussions of the Liberal win in Quebec to the Canadian federal scene.
Harper will try to cozy up to Couillard as he did with Charest and to his chagrin! Justin Liberals will spin the Liberal “jus rouge de tomate” flooding Quebec displacing the NDP l’orange crushez wave! Meanwhile Mulcair will be spinning like a top trying to find the middle class in Quebec!
Ain’t Canadian politics… mellifluous?!
Watched SunNews for the coverage, they did a good job of it I thought. The Kinsella/Solberg panel was interesting. Maybe it’s because I’m immature but I cracked a smile every time anyone talked about the CAQ. “a lot of people like the caq.” or “it’s a good night for the caq” and stuff like that had me laughing.
