Interesting that Twitter counts as a mechanism for delivery.

  2. Steve says:

Can you serve someone on twitter? Or was her actually served and this is just an added f* you 🙂

  3. !o! says:

Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving guy

  4. Warren says:

I would’ve preferred duelling but apparently that’s illegal now.

    • Rusty P Bucket says:

Hmpffff. I thought you were a typical liberal pussy that was afraid of guns, Warren.

As one of the millions of Canadians that see you as a shit stain on the Canadian identity…I would prefer to see you answer for your stupidity in a duel too…

      • Kaspar Juul says:

Ooh we’ve got us a cosmopolitan here!

      • Bill Templeman says:

Can we have another medal ceremony honouring a another courageous warrior who slings his degrading shit without being able to put his real name behind his own words? Oh so macho of you, Rusty P Bucket, to accuse WK of being afraid of guns! And so fearless in calling him bad names! Oh so tough and brave! We tremble, we faint, we swoon in awe at such bravery! Go ahead Rusty…now prove your courage: Reply with your real name.

        Didn’t think so….

    • Lance says:

      Pistols or rapiers?

    • Jacob says:

Where would the most ideal backdrop in Toronto be for a duel?

  5. Steve says:

    Love it.

Hey Nick (yea right you’re not reading)

How many days are you going to let WK own you and the news cycle so mercilessly?

    Baited into gloating.

    Baited into overreacting.

Every story reminds more people Johns smart plan is smart because it excluded them and their neighbors.

Thanks for helping getting the word out while you wage a backroom war on the front pages.

WK should be paying you rent for the space he occupies in your head.

    • The Doctor says:

I think you’re overestimating the impact that this dispute/lawsuit is going to have on the average voter (who has the attention of a ferret on a double espresso). The only people who are really interested in these legal proceedings — and by that, I mean familiar with all the relevant details — are that small minority who closely follow politics. Like the obsessives who read and comment on this website. And those sorts of people made up their minds long ago about whom they’re going to vote for.

  6. Matt says:

Isn’t one of the principles of a libel lawsuit that the party who was libeld doesn’t repeat the statements publicly?

Doesn’t posting the libel notice online defeat that?

  7. James Di Fiore says:

I am an idiot. I begged Warren to make a business introduction and he did. I blew it. I’m a bitter fool.
