NB election: on the one hand, and on the other

On the one hand, it’s Forum.  You know, as in, Forum.

On the other hand, there was this.  Many of you said I was worrying too much.  Sure hope you’re right.

Oh just sitting here in Moncton chewing my nails and trying to remain positive. There’s no doubt the Forrestell interview had an impact. I think Brian will still win but the margin will not be as high as earlier perceived.

If the Liberals win in NB, and then impose a ban on fracking that would create an energy industry, jobs and revenues in the province…

Similar to what has happened now in both Nova Scotia, as well as the moratorium on energy resource development in Quebec…

Then it’s high time that a new rule on equalization is put into effect: Don’t want to develop your own energy resources, but have no problem accepting money from Canada’s western energy resources that pretty much funds 100% of equalization to “have not” provinces? Fine! You clearly don’t need, nor do you deserve to collect one more red penny worth of equalization! End of story!

Sick of this hypocrisy on a scale that defies sanity!

I propose a tax on catchphrases and cliches. Revenue can be used however WK pleases.

If the Liberals lose, does that hurt Trudeau any?

Given the election results the only question that really remains is whether Forum is incompetent or dishonest.
