I’d say he deserves some criticism

Wouldn’t you?

Oh CNN! I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to tell the difference between America’s president and America’s number one enemy because, uh, some, uh, people out there in our nation don’t have maps and, uh… wait, you said a talking seal?

  2. Ken from the Annex says:

This would make sense if it was on Fox.

  3. smelter rat says:

The thing is, with CNN you can’t be sure this isn’t intentional

    • Just Askin' says:

It’s almost like the USG wants the world to believe that Navy SEALs killed Bin Laden, brought his corpse onto a boat and dumped his corpse overboard before securing any evidence that they actually killed him.

  4. Pipes says:

Why don’t they leave these poor animals alone. What the hell is a seal doing out of the ocean and in the desert and in the middle of nowhere. And what did he kill him with-his flipper. Does PETA know anything about this. WTF.

  5. davie says:

These are not only NAVY seals, they are US Navy seals. They go through rigorous training and are very professional, sort of like those dolphins the US Navy has recruited down in Florida. Do not underestimate what a US Navy trained seal can do with its flipper.

THIS is why Canada keeps our Spring hunt alive

  7. Robert G says:

Forget the Bin Laden story; look what opposition leader Trudeau is saying about Canada’s mission in the ME! He says we shouldn’t be militarily involved, only providing humanitarian aid to people under vicious attack by ISIS! How do you get to these people when ISIS is attacking them?

Trudeau is again stabbing Canadian soldiers in the back with his traitorous partisan political attack to garner the Islamic vote in Canada. Influential muslims on the Trudeau strategic team are writing the script for him. Justin is standing against the US coalition which includes Canada… just to win the muslim vote in Canada. So obvious.

  8. Pipes says:

To be fair, “Mark Owen” kind a broke the story in No Easy Day.
The Seals have a strict code of behavior that he broke first.
It seems to me there is a much bigger story here about motive and maybe a disgruntled Navy Seal. I think it would take a lot to break their code especially when you know the consequences.
So I guess it’s another one of those, ‘don’t jump to conclusions” deal.

I guess Justin is looking for folks like Pappy Worthngton who after his stint as fighter pilot in WWI ran pack horses between Banff and Jasper year round. I’m sure Pappy’s canvass sleeping bag trick would work for the Kurds. Maybe Justin should ask Ma M whose claim to fame was lassoing grizzly bears in the mountains and shooting mountain lions in the foothills. I’m sure she could give some sage advice to fleeing Iraqis. As for me I’m very certain the mountains west of Hinton present very different challenges to the mountains in Iraq and Syria but I guess Boy Blunder is oblivious to the obvious. I know its hard to do but JT is making Harper an Mulcair look like geniuses in comparison.

Ah yes. Typical answer. God forbid there should ever be a dissenting viewpoint with this crowd.
Thankfully though, the host has a much broader persepctive. It’s quite fair to point out Trudeau’s policy in these matters, as well as the fact that even the most sympathetic of pollsters have found it’s hurting him badly with Canadians.

  11. Tiger says:

Just glad it’s CNN, so people realize it’s a typo.

Fox has made that mistake before, and people don’t give them the benefit of the doubt. (As they don’t give the president the benefit of the doubt.) It’s easy, it’s a muscle memory thing, as common posters on web fora should know — you type the thing that you usually type.
