Spotted by a sharp-eyed reader: good news and bad

The good news for Liberals: they have a way to make fun of that new CPC ad.

The bad news for Liberals: that old Manitoba campaign ad worked – my very good friend Hugh (sadly) lost.

Unfortunate for Manitobans, the provincial NDP reek of incompetence.

The Filmon gov’t tried to perfect election rigging. The Lyon gov’t was truly evil. The Conservatives under Brian Pallister have gained some ground, but he’s a Harpercon from way back. I’ll stay with the Dippers.

Conservatives stepped all over their own message for sure. But I don’t see how they think the smirking and arrogance of Rob Silver on P & P is helping them? He’s worse than the Cons Jeff Norquay who lectures folks like he’s God almighty.

Those shows are watched by folks on the Hill, a few thousand seniors, and no one else. Believe me: not worth caring about.

      (And Rob Silver in particular.)

Friend of mine reacted really negatively to the “nice hair, though” quip. Conservative better watch their arrogance.
