Cosmic karma

Stubbed my toe on Lala’s PET statue this morning. Cosmic karma for laughing out loud at that Toronto Sun front page.

Actually I think it will be harder to get the image of that odd little statue out of my head than Care Bear Justin.

I did not see JT’s speech to a Saskatchewan crowd, but after the speech he did a town hall taking questions. The questions seemed pretty genuine…not set ups by party people. He started okay, and just got better for over half and hour. I tried to imagine any of the other leaders being able to do this. May, might be able to, Mulcair would almost have to change style, and Harper, not at all.
I attended these with Dave Barrett and Bill Vander Zalm, in another century. They were good at it and used it in campaigning as a strength. I have been at other efforts by other politicians and they have not done well. Your Liberal leader is pretty good at this ‘engaging with people,’ and a few of these half hour q and a sessions with Canadians running on any media is a weapon that no other party has. It is something that is hard to measure, and its effects accumulate over time…like, over a 77 day election campaign.
You Libs might do well to forget your internecine whining, and pay attention to your strengths…and this is a real strength, methinks.

Karma, it’s divine intervention, “he’s” upset at the conservative ads on your site 😉
