I assume you’re referring to Trudeau at the Hip concert last night?
To be fair, that’s right, I’m going to kind of defend Trudeau here – It was Gord Downie who kept mentioning Trudeau’s presence at the show.
Unless you’re talking about something specific that Trudeau did before or after the show I’m unaware of.
Couldn’t agree more. At least he kept his shirt on. I imagine there are a whole lot of HIP fans that live west of the Ontario border or outside of the GTA that are wondering…… WTF!!!
I live in SW Ontario, a place that lately has not tended to vote Liberal. Watching the concert in London’s Victoria Park I was surprised that a huge cheer went out when in the middle of the concert the camera turned to Trudeau.
Undersell and over perform……isn’t that the mantra for success in politics?…….I think the pm has it backwards at the moment…………
Warren,
I disagree with the Trudeau government on quite a few issues – – but from where I’m sitting, the Teflon still looks in fine shape. For now.
Colby Cosh captured the essence of this perfectly.
