    What got him motivated to run according to a report in the Sun was the narrow (precise?) policy statement contained in the Wynn Speech from the Throne.

    You know, the Speech is intended to be broad-ranging, nebulous even. Wynn needs to come to account godammit!

    No word on misuse of public money and resources for personal gain, and the purchase of tv sets.

    Brown seems to be a bit of a ‘two steps forward, one step back’ leader, which is a massive improvement on Hudak. I think he might have got the ratio reversed here.

    A high profile candidate can help, certainly in a by election. But the PC high water mark is 32% in 1999. Madeleine Meilleur won the riding in 2014 with 55.5% of the vote, besting her PC opponent by over 13.000 votes.
