Like Trump was going to the USSC over his anti-Muslim executive order, and win? Like that?
Just saw a reports that Tillerson says steps are under way to remove Assad, and that Pentagon has sent military options to the White House. So, on it goes: Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen…who else is on the list? Somalia? Sudan?
And just as quickly plead the 5th. Like that.

Hugh Hewitt is a right-wing talk radio host. In Gord’s alternative universe, that’s considered to be a source of authority. You know, like Alex Jones and Infowars.

Trump can’t spin it to win, nor can he exercise control over North Korea or Syria. Even he is smart enough to realize that if he goes for foreign adventurism, his 35% support will quickly look like a first-term high-water mark.
There will be a moment in the next year or so when generals etc… will prefer court martial over following orders and I think we are getting closer to that moment.
