They can’t be that off base. Does any reasonable person think that their voters are prepared to turn out in sufficient numbers to go from third to first place? That only happens — once in a lifetime — and only if you don’t already have political baggage. An urgent call to this Prime Minister would surely prove enlightening…

FYI: According to Google, the Honda Element was manufactured in Ohio. So not quite Japanese-made.
According to Wikipedia it’s made in Ohio, but I’m just picking nits.
Despite the source of the sticker, I really don’t have a problem with the message of Fire Wynne.
I mean, isn’t that technically what we do in elections? Fire and hire mayors, premiers and PM’s?
And given the source, at least it didn’t say “Lock Her Up!”
