For sale: Heaven
Why on Earth would I sell my favourite place on Earth? Good question. There are many answers, unfortunately.
I am told it’s a deal and a half. Personally, I think it’s worth several million dollars. But you can probably get it for less, because I like you guys.
For now, it’s still for sale, here. Sigh.
Now that is nice! Course, we’re only a year at the new condo so if I made an offer on this place I’d be sleeping on the couch until who knows when. Sorry. Priorities, y’know.
Love it. Too bad I’m on Vancouver Island, or I’d consider it.
This looks like a daunting task to get groceries from the car to the front door of the cottage. Assume that one needs a parking spot as close to the front door as possible so that one is avoiding carrying groceries too far to get them into the kitchen fridge. Extra work carrying groceries is not what middle aged people would be looking for. Frankly, the best possible acquisition would be a bungalow so that stairs do not have to be negotiated in the retirement years.
