  1. Matt says:

What I hope may happen is Bernier’s new party, assuming he actually gets one off the ground is it attracts the shall we say, the less desireable factions of the Conservative supporters.

Ezra Levant, Rebel Media, the Dean Skoreyko types have all praised Bernier for doing what he did yesterday

They go to Bernier, it MIGHT make Scheer look less scary to blue Liberals disappointed in Trudeau.

    • Miles Lunn says:

That is what I am hoping too. In fact the types you mention scare away a lot of the former Red Tories who left the party and Blue Liberals disappointed with Trudeau’s move leftward so I think that would benefit the party provided it isn’t too large in size.

My bigger worry is to try and retain those groups the party will move rightward and that would be a huge mistake.

    • Fred from BC says:

” the Dean Skoreyko types have all praised Bernier ”

He would, given his own role in devastating the BC Conservative Party.

  2. Dork in East York says:

Warren, who are you voting for in Beaches East York for councillor?

  3. Derek Pearce says:

Dude you’re putting words in Keesmat’s mouth a little bit so I’m calling you on it: yes she wants to seceed from Ontario but not from Canada, that last little bit is BS you made up and you know it buddy.

  4. Matt says:

So, apparently Bernier is using the CPC membership list from the leadership race to send out emails begging for money to “get our new party off the ground”

    He was warned not to.
