—Why Trump wins
The average human attention span was 12 seconds in 2000 and eight seconds in 2013. A drop of about 33 per cent.
Trump doesn’t merely understand this. He is this.
@realDonaldTrump is such a moron, such an unmitigated disaster in so many ways, it is easy to forget that he is the smartest guy around in one respect: he knows, better than anyone, that voters have an attention span of about six minutes. They move on. #USPolitics

Six minutes, or even less, is long enough to turn on a politician. Losing the House was the first politically fatal breach in the Trump Dam.
Trump lives or dies on political instinct. He can already feel it ever so slowly slipping away. That’s what his gut is screaming.
Proof positive of what you say is the “Mexico will pay for the Wall” thingy. Trump supporters seem to have completely forgotten that little detail, and are now insisting that American taxpayers pay for it.
I don’t think any Trump supporters expected Peña Nieto to stand on the border and hand a giant check to Trump.
However, I also don’t think many Democrat supporters expected Trump to successfully renegotiate NAFTA (and have Mexico beg for the agreement to be renegotiated when Trump threatened to cancel it).
Now I think everyone expects USA to gain at least a 1% benefit on the new USMCA – which on $500B worth of trade per year will pay for the wall before Trumps first term is over.
I think Trump wins because he’s forced the Left to become hyper-Leftist. Just have a look at AOC (yes, a lot of twitter people have dunked on her for being an idiot, but not the prominent conservative pundits have ie. for her dancing which is a more of a fake news story if anything else). AOC couldn’t even name the 3 branches of US government in an interview. Trump has brought out the absolute worst of the Left. In the mid-terms there were legitimate anti-Semitic Democrats who are now in congress. Those that align with Linda Sarsour and Louis Farakkhan. To be honest, if this border wall issue (my thoughts on walls: regardless of their purposes for good or bad they do actually work) can be framed as palatable to the public then I think Trump will win again. I’m not saying that’s a good thing being a Canadian conservative; but to be honest what is the alternative? Currently, it’s Elizabeth Warren. Someone who built her private and public sector career out of being a fraud.
Warren, I know you like Beto, but let me warn you. Trump will expose his DUI/walk away from a car crash scene like you wouldn’t believe. My free advice to you would to try to convince Biden if you have the connects
“Currently, it’s Elizabeth Warren. Someone who built her private and public sector career out of being a fraud.”
As opposed to Trump?
Yes. For all his many flaws, at least he doesn’t pretend to be something he’s not.
He has claimed on more then one occasion that he is a “stable genius” despite the fact that he is clearly a blithering idiot. Have you seen the video going around with all the times he said he knew more then anyone else on almost every topic imaginable?
That’s bluster and hyperbole (braggadocio, if you like).
That’s not fraud.
Is there anything he says that is not hyperbole?
