As a PR/comms man Warren, can you honestly say that you’ve never been asked to categorize reporters/publications based on their history of how they have covered the issue that you’re helping to frame?

But having civil servants compile the list on behalf of the political party is the new low that Trudeau’s team has set.

Everything points to it being done on behalf of the CIB itself, which again, I suspect is a totally standard thing for any agency’s communications department to do.
