This campaign is going to show the true colours of Trudeau and the Libs. The promise of sunny ways was yet another bullsh*t pledge that falls apart as soon as it is tested. Instead, we will see the usual false accusations of “hidden agendas” and stereotypes of conservatives. And they do it because many voters are stupid enough to fall for it.

The true campaign slogan of the Libs, for many years, is something along the lines of “We will tell you what you want to hear, because you have a crappy memory.”

Honestly, there is so much wrong with this I don’t know where to begin and can’t quite put it into words without people getting really angry.

  3. Mr. T says:

it’s wasn’t drinks. He offered to buy her a water box thingy.

Was this Liberal Convention June 17 to 19, 2011?

Oooo! When the dung you flung hits the fan and comes right back at ya!

But the point is that the Liberals are trying to associate Scheer with Goldy through his candidates, and claiming that such past associations prove he’s evil.

The Conservatives are only calling attention to Trudeau’s own past association with her to highlight the Liberals’ hypocrisy.

In fact, Scheer has already taken a stand against this absurd “gotcha” approach to politics. He’s said that he’s going to support candidates who have made inappropriate remarks in the past, as long as they aren’t outrageous, and the candidates have taken responsibility and apologized for them.

Well, I don’t expect the liberals to bring up F Goldie again…. this will be the gift that keeps on giving for the Conservatives.

    • Fred from BC says:

Especially if the media finds her two friends to corroborate the story….or better still, the ‘senior Liberal’ who refused to comment.

  8. Max says:

“All governments lie. All governments employ liars of varying degrees. This is not cynicism. This is practical wisdom. Nobody owes us the news. In recent history, journalism’s biggest flaw has not been people lying to reporters, but the reluctance of major media operations to transmit uncomfortable truths.” Just stumbled across this in a US publication in reference to Trump surrogate Corey Lewandowski. Your thoughts as a War Room guy Warren?
