Justin Trudeau loves Cyrano de Bergerac

Is anyone surprised that his favourite work of fiction has few female characters, that it has none as important as the men – and that the only female of significance is responsible for all the misfortunes men experience?

No, we’re not surprised.

Justin Trudeau read a book? Get real.

  2. Joe says:

His worst fear is betrayal of trust?

    Really?

I remember Justin looking into the camera and saying the Liberals would balance the budget by 2019. He assured us that he wasn’t making an empty promise. He said he’d get it done.

Justin doesn’t keep his promises. He lies, repeatedly. He’s unethical.

It seems like his real idol is the emperor in that galaxy far far away.

This one gets a “Meh”, Warren.

Why don’t you do an ATIP on whether or not Freeland got a briefing note on the Waseem Ramli file, before it was approved. Seriously, she was surprised by the appointment?

CBC and the MSM are giving her a pass. I think there is a story here.

    Cheers!

    • Fred,

I also wonder if Freeland’s ducks are really properly lined up in a bureaucratic row. Or will this bite her in the ass?

I agree. I guess her former co-workers at the Mop and Pail might feel too uncomfortable asking the questions that should be asked. That doesn’t excuse the rest of the media, but maybe they are stuck in a line at the bank waiting to cash that Gov’t cheque and can’t find the time.
The media I believe is afraid of being seen as too hard on PM Dress Up and friends given the vast amount of material available, so you’d think they could do better.

Bet you can’t find a recent pic of Sophie wearing a wedding ring.

I think you’re reaching with this one, Warren.

I agree with the first comment – I’d be shocked if Justin ever read a book cover to cover.

The media reports that Trudeau’s people are trying to set up a meeting with Greta. Perhaps she can get him to explain how he intends to meet his fantasy climate goals with no plan or costing. Just his answer to trust him.

  7. John says:

Trudeau is the most divisive prime minister I have seen in many years. Today he again spent most of his time trashing Doug Ford and other premiers. He fact he stated that he would be fighting them whenever and however possible if re elected. He wants to fight the premiers that voters democratically elected. How is anything going to be done if he has no interest in working with the provinces?

    • Derek Pearce says:

Oh please, Doug Ford trashes Trudeau as well, spare me your pearl-clutching. Premiers and PMs always snipe at each other– if you think this is a new and unique thing you have been wilfully blind. Kenney has been far nastier btw. (I’m voting NDP and hope Trudeau can at least be kept to a minority– I’m just pointing out your laughable tut-tutting).
