In every serious crisis, the graph runs all the way from stupid people who clearly don’t give a shit and anally retentive overzealous law enforcement. Both of those groups suffer from mental health issues.
For the rest of us, we have to use the old bean we were hopefully born with and that means following the clearly established and defined rules and exercising common sense enforcement discretion for non-habitual violators of public health directives.
And how about more pandemic signage in parks and on the waterfront?
