Biden just announced that, if elected, he would rescind Keystone XL.

Why Biden would say this is beyond me. He doesn’t need to court center-left voters – they surely aren’t going to vote Trump anyway. So all he has done is alienate moderate voters across the country. Stupid stupid stupid.

Depends what’s more top of the agenda for centrists and moderates. I favour Keystone XL but want Trump out at any political cost, so Biden would still have my vote were I an American.
Oil is so dirt cheap, and will remain relatively so for the foreseeable future– moderate voters across the US don’t give a shit about Keystone. At all.
