   I have always felt that robust mental health services were far more important in a community than even policing. Sadly, once again in Quebec City we have seen how essential those services are. In my own case, they quite literally saved my life. Hopefully, they will be at least as equally beneficial for all those who are now in dire need of prompt and effective mental health services.
