My pulse/oximeter device showed that I had a blood oxygen level of 66 and a pulse rate of 09. After the paramedics left, it occurred to me that I should stop reading the pulse/oximeter device when it is upside down.

In my case I’m foolishly stoic about such things. I refuse to become the slave of the BP machine in my pharmacies — I go with when it’s my time, it’s my time. But that’s not for everybody. I can afford the luxury of having a fatalistic attitude like that. Most others can’t.
You should have demanded assistance in 300 languages.
Warren, if you were a chronic smoker and adherent of the George Burns School of Smoking you would have no worries about longevity of life or heart health.
Just start smoking two packs of contraband cigarettes like I do every day. George Burns lived to 100 and smoked the whole time. He had a great heart too.
P.S. First Nations reduced the price per carton too. $15 bucks will get you 200 cigarettes.
