   I’m from Alberta but I thought the ceasing of the 2nd AZ vaccine was a provincial decision. Ontario has decided to cease the 2nd shot IIRC.

   Would these lawsuits then be primarily against those provincial governments that made this decision?

     A good lawyer sues all entities with a pulse that have a direct causal link to the fault and damages. In my book, that’s both orders of government.
