Flailing. Like wrapping yourself in the flag, attacking the media is typically one of the first refuges of the scoundrel in politics.

It would have been rather more effective if the PM had actually offered a defence of the members of the board. You know, if he had said that he believes a fair and balanced investigation will exonerate them, that he believes in them, that he acknowledges that there may hav been mistakes made, but they will try and be better in the future, etc. Instead he went on the offensive with a pathetic display of pearl-clutching, full of his trademark stammering. IMHO, the scales are starting to fall from the public’s eyes.

Warren, this tweet is ridiculous. This group is far… far… worse than anything they allegedly came to Ottawa to change.

How dare people criticize our Dear Leader?

Don’t worry, the Trudeau government application of Bill C11 and Bill C18 will make criticism of The Dear Leader impossible.

  7. Gilbert says:

When PM Trudeau is attacking the media, the media that wasn’t nearly as friendly with Stephen Harper, you know he’s in real trouble.
