   Warren,

   We seem to think in this country that federal-provincial-territorial conferences are dirty words. We need to hold one now on hate directed at Jews specifically and others generally. Then formulate a common response policy across all jurisdictions. From there, each premier can do the top-down work with their police force, or those of their municipalities. It ain’t rocket science folks.
