How much do i hate Rogers?

Let me count the ways.

1. Get Apple TV as a gift. Never loads. Told Rogers modem and Internet package is too slow. Upgrade, was told.

2. Today, did. Bought modem. Cost a lot. Upgraded package. Also costs plenty.

3. Told just hook up and I’m ready to go. Okay.

4. Took kids to hockey, birthday parties, etc. Once home, hooked up shiny new modem.

5. Doesn’t work.

6. On phone to Rogers for hours. Spoke to close to a dozen people.

7. Variously told new modem wasn’t registered in system when I bought it. Told serial number wrong. Told old modem on file. Told many, many things.

8. All wrong. Meanwhile, Internet service is gone. Last “Rogers customer service” person is honest, at least. Says she: “We can’t fix it. You should take it back to the store.”

9. Then, she chirps: “Is anything else I can help you with?” Says I: “Are you serious?”

10. ROGERS SUCKS. And, rest assured, dear reader, I am going to make their lives a living Hell, starting tomorrow. As you know I can.

This is war.

I ordered a cell pohonand package from them last summer. I did it online throguh my existing account. I was emailed an acknowledgement and an invoice, complete with an order number. I paid in full. The phone never shipped. Rogers claimed there was no such order, even thgouh I could cite it. Same crazy runaround you got. Eventually, they told me “sorry, can’t fix.” I refused to reorder. As for my refund, well, they claimed not to know of the order, but managed to reverse the charge right off of my credit card.

    I went with Wind Mobile.

  3. When I declared bankruptcy in 2001, I put my Rogers cell phone bill on there. Eight years later, I received a letter from Nathale Law Firms (who was later disbarred for illegal practices) stating that Rogers was suing me because they never received the documentation for bankruptcy. I had to call Industry Canada and get them involved as they had it on file that Rogers was part of my claim and I was discharged automatically after nine months. Thankfully, after Industry Canada got involved, they backed off. I’ll never, ever go back to Rogers for anything, ever again!

Im yet to get my apple tv to work 100% with Rogers…times out on me. Hope you have success and can share!

  5. Janet says:

You mean you weren’t told to check out http://www.rogers.com for additional help? I got that from tech support when trying to get my bell Internet working. I just about jumped through my Internet-free connection at the poor guy.

    Often referred to as “Robbers”.

Got basic cable with Rogers for 8 months. Specifically did not sign up for any contract. Gave notice of cancellation. Now they want $90 for cancellation of contract. Needless to say I am pissed and will not pay a cent.

  8. Richard McGuire says:

I sure hope you do make it living hell for Rogers. Set up a war room and let them feel the full wrath of Warren.

No other company in Canada can get away with such terrible customer service (except maybe Bell), because no other industry has such a lack of competition as telecommunications. They need to be held to account.

An unfocused Warren Kinsella is a scary Warren Kinsella – now that the election is over everyone who slights him better watch out, lest he employs his considerable campaign and shit disturbing skills against them.

      I mean this as a compliment…

My Rogers is currently unavailable for regular systems maintenance. Please try again after 6 am EST……been getting this a lot as well

  10. At one point about ten years ago I called to complain about a network issue that was causing a complete service interruption; took seven weeks for them to finally fix the severed wires in the utility box outside our home (a squirrel had gotten into it). Two modem replacements, dozens of resets, and plenty of bad advice from on-site and telephone support people. They’re useless. Be extremely wary of of their service claims for the Express or Ultimate service packages too, as there have been lots of issues with speed to. Run some regular tests once your service is back:

My husband had a difficult time with Rogers and their ineffective call centre so we dropped them and went with Aliant!

  12. Rick Thomson says:

Well your at it Warren, you can make Bell and Shaw a living hell also. They are all the same.

  13. Dan F says:

Also, Rogers is the world’s worst throttler: http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/peter-nowak/rogers-throttling_b_1025862.html

They claim they only throttle peer-to-peer file sharing, but it also has an impact on other heavy-use services (like AppleTV and Netflix).

Why keep giving your money to such an evil company? Try one of the non-rogers (and non-bell) competitors like TekSavvy

  14. Scott M. says:

Dare I say it? Could it be possible there’s a problem with your Apple TV unit?

  15. Chris says:

Don’t get me statrted on their ability to fullfil orders either. Bought a playbook from Rogers on Sept 20th a new car Sept 28th – take a wild guess which one came first? Got the new car recently and a month later I’m still waiting for Rogers to ship the playbook that they oversold and have no more inventory.

  16. Susan says:

Do it Warren. My experience exactly and then they ask what else they can do for you as if they have solved the problem! I nearly go out of my mind.
I am on the case of Wheel Trans because of inefficient, incompetent service (like Rogers)and schedulers who do not tell the truth; its more convenient for them — just like Rogers. My disabled son has enough trouble getting out into the community without problems with WT.

  17. Jon Powers says:

Good. Excellent. Glad you’re on board. I’ve had an on-going war with Rogers for years now. I. Hate. Them. Once our country enters the 21st century and opens the borders to competition from American cable providers, Rogers will die a slow, painful death. Viva la revolucion!

    • ted says:

YES..YES..YES.. THAT IS SO RIGHT!!! BUT ITS GOING TO TAKE A VERY LONG TIME FOR IF YOU LOOK UP THE C.R.T.C YOU WILL FIND THAT ALL OF THEIR FUNDING COMES FROM ROGERS AND BELL,SO IF YOU THINK THEY WILL LET IN AMERICAN CABLE PROVIDERS,WITH OUT BEING PAYED OFF FIRST ,IT JUST WILL NOT HAPPING, BUT THE SLOW AND PAINFUL THING, I CAN ONLY HOPE.

  18. Ken says:

Rogers is increasingly useless. Along with the ridiculous UBB, their On Demand shows force you to watch the commercials by disabling FF. And while I have great respect for Canadians outside my time zone I see no use whatever in having access to shows playing in Vancouver. I would much prefer a package that does not include the 500 channels I don;t use.

    • The Doctor says:

Telus TV is just as bad for that, btw. They don’t give you AMC or HBO unless you pay through the nose, but give you CBC in every city in Canada. Yay! not. News flash to cable providers: all anyone needs is one CBC channel. You’re not doing us a favour by giving us ten. They’re all the same.

The scary thing is that the cable providers probably got some pat on the head from the CRTC as promoting national unity by giving Vancouverites the wonderful opportunity to watch CBC Whitehorse.

  19. Roger says:

Warren…what are you trying to do with the Apple Tv unit?…stream from pc?..stream from internet?. I ask this because if you can stream from internet, but not pc, then it’s not a modem issue but a router/porting issue……is the apple tv connected straight to the modem?…need more info..

  20. Joey Rapaport says:

Sounds awful… most ISP’s have useless service on the phone, doesn’t make it right though. I’d bitch until I get a tech out to fix it, you’re paying enough!

  21. Go get ’em, Warren. Truth is, all the telcos in this country offer terrible service. My struggles with Bell this past summer just about cost me a heart attack. There simply isn’t enough real competition to compel these companies to try harder. Result: high prices, low speed and bad technical support. Time to open the doors to real, international competition, I say.

  22. Philip says:

Just to add fuel to the fire, Rogers has booked 100 rooms at Sandals: Emerald Bay for this entire week. They had started to arrive just as we were leaving. Figure minimum $2000 per room for the week. I realize that Rogers could spend their money it whatever fashion it wishes but speaking as a Rogers customer it did leave a bad taste in my mouth.

  23. kre8tv says:

I had my own share of problems getting AppleTV to connect via Rogers. The DNS problem identified in this article (http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/10/12/20/apple_tv_itunes_downloads_slowed_by_google_dns.html) solved it for me.

  24. MikeM says:

If their external wiring is any example of their internal organization, I am surprised anything works.

Near my place this summer: Hub propped open, cable looped across the ground, tapped up a post , draped over street signs, resting on tree branches and from there to a house (so amazed, I took photos!)

  25. The Doctor says:

Another thing I despise about Rogers: their statements of account seem designed to be as incomprehensible as possible by the average customer. I swear Rogers must have banners up in their offices saying “The Customer Comes Last” and “The Customer is Always Wrong.”

  26. CraigD says:

My advice would be to cut your losses and move to a Bell Fibe package. Bell Canada is no better than Rogers in the customer service department and maybe even worse but there are just too many reports of customers having severe issues with the Rogers high end internet packages to ignore. If your Rogers does not work as per spec. and you’ve gone through all you have I highly doubt they can make it work. Best you can hope for is a refund. For the record I have Bell Fibe 12 and it works as advertised and always at or around 12mbps. Never down. Ever. Before that I had Bell plain DSL and it worked dandy as well. Apple TV works fine on my network and always did. Do yourself a favour and ditch Rogers.

  27. Hi Warren,

Melanie here from the Social Media team at Rogers.

Sorry to hear about your issues with your cable. I have sent you a message on Twitter as well. Can you please DM me the details as I’d like to look into this.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Melanie

    • Chris says:

Hi Melanie – Since your here and willing to help Warren would you be willing to help others with their issues as well? if I provided my confirmation ID for my playbook maybe you could tell me when the darn thing will be shipped. 🙂

  28. Transplanted Doerite says:

Well, I for one am disappointed Warren that you are wasting all this time on hold on the phone listening to elevator music Warren.

You really should be putting your time to better use, e.g. out stumping for Brian Topp. Surely if Topp becomes the next leader of the NDP he will be the veritable gift that keeps on giving to a rebuilding LPC.

ps I once dated a girl named Melanie Rogers. My advice: spurn her advances.

  30. Woody says:

TekSavvy FTW. Rogers is the worst. Except for Bell. Or something.

  31. Kev says:

For about three years, Rogers would helpfully call me (on my non-Rogers cell, stealing my minutes) constantly trying to get me to buy new products and services and asking if everything was ok with my cable/internet package.

Over and over again I’d politely tell them everything is fine, and I don’t need anything new.

It got to the point where they were calling up to five times a month. Being polite didn’t make them go away. Being abrupt didn’t make them go away. Pretending I was about to enter a subway tunnel didn’t make them go away. Being slightly angry didn’t go away.

Finally, one day, they called me at work. It was a small office where I could get away with this sort of thing. First, for about three minutes, I was angry, dropping about an entire Ark Royal crew’s worth of F-bombs, loudly, on the poor guy, before apologizing, pretending to cry, and pretending to have a nervous breakdown.

    They have never called back.

    • Kev says:

Forgot the other tactics I tried, without success:

      – Holding the phone at arm’s length and screaming. (Twice.)

      – Speaking a combination of Russian, German, French, and Gibberish instead of English.

  32. Chris says:

The worst thing about Rogers is having Sun TV so low on the dial – I wish they would put it up so high nobody but a disturbed person could find it.

    • CQ says:

      Hey, man! http://classicquarters.blogspot.com/2011/10/clouded-northern-sun.html
LOL. And hey, my earlier Rogers Skydome misspell comment link to Sunday night’s entry didn’t clear.

      • Chris says:

I would call Rogers and compliment them if 1. They solved Warren’s problem and provided him with something in return for his bad experience 2. They solved my problem and provide ME something in return for my experience and 3. If they booted SUN TV to like channel 327! Though CityTV has never been the same since Rogers took it over…I long for the days of Moses and co.

        • Chris says:

Finally got my playbook and you won’t believe what happened. Paid for a 16GB – Rogers screws up the order/inventory says they will give everyone a 32GB at no additional cost for the one month delay. What do they send me….a 64GB! Mistake? Who knows…

    WHAT have I done
Just bought a new house and the subdivision is Rogers only (No Bell no nothing else) – the builder advised us when we bought but did not realize what it really meant.
ARRRGGHH – what a nightmare – I was even an existing Rogers customer and that did not protect me =They f***** me good. I wont get into the details (I am in therapy for that)
All I will say is READ YOUR BILL very very carefully and use a calculator EVERY month

  35. steve says:

I have had Bell DSL for 8 years. In the first years when I was trying to set up email accounts and webpage I had fantastic help. I stream lots of video and often have 4 users on the WiFi, this can slow the stream, but overall no issues and I pay $60 a month.

  36. Debbie Smith says:

Oh btw you can say that you won’t pay your bill or you pay for that charge, but if you don’t pay your bill it will go to collections against your credit. Which is better to pay the fee, or to be screwed for credit the rest of your life. My decesion would be to pay what I owe then move on.

  37. ropeadope says:

Teksavvy is a reseller of rogers.

  38. Jacob Singer says:

I received a text message from some company wanting me to take part in their game. I deleted the message. Every day I received a text message. Every day I deleted it. At the end of the month, my account with Rogers was HUGH. When I checked my statement, I found that Rogers was billing me on behalf a a third party. I phoned Rogers and complained that this was a scam. They said that my argument was with the party that text me. I told them that as my account holder it was their duty to protect me… it is called customer service. They laughed at me. I then sent the CEO an account for $10,000. I informed them that I was acting as the third party bill collector for the Johannesburg Zoo. The $10,000 was for the purchase of 1 elephant and 1 giraffe. That they had 30 days to settle the account and that if they challenged the purchase, their argument was with Jonas Motseme of the Johannesburg Zoo. Three days later the CEO’s secretary phoned me and Rogers passed a full credit. Apparently by deleting the text message I incurred a $2 charge each time. WHAT A SCAM! I reported the matter to the Ombudsman, nothing was done. Apparently the same THIRD PARTY COLLECTIONS are done with Rogers, Telus and Bell. Please… Stepehn Harper, open the wireless wave to honest carriers, not scam artists.

  39. Al J says:

This company (robbers) is robbing people. it’s the new bell, but dont forget how Bell had to change its ways and still they can’t the costumers back. A year ago Robbers started charging me for incoming text messages 15 cents per message which i have no control over, so i didnt change my plan because i dont text, but asked them to block all text messages which they did. unfortunetly i was still getting charged for text messages that i couldn’t even see now, so every bill i have to call them and explain my plan to get the 75 to 90 cents credit and this was ungoing for 6 months. I can’t wait to see this company go down. I hate robbers.

  40. frank says:

    Rogers employs are brain dead.

  41. George says:

I phone them every day in my car just to tie up their phone lines and cost them $ They changed my wireless internet modem to a rocket hub and assured me the only change would be higher speed and better service. They did not mention that it was treated as a cell phone and had a 3 gig cap. The other modem had at least 50 gigs as I watch m/c races and some youtube. # gig goes in about 6 hours so this is totally useless as a normal home modem. I spend at least 2 hours of their time every day Monday to Friday just to annoy them. Cant wait for next pricing change so I can OPT OUT with no penalty. I had free rogers for 6 years in the 90’s because I threatened a class action suit and the wanted to shut me up. Service was so bad I cancelled even tho it was free! Rogers is a band of lying thieves. Do not believe a word anyone in customer service (Hah!) Says! Their contract says you can opt out if they change anything on your contract (serious! google it) When you have nothing to do phone them up and run them around for a few hours. SCUM!!!!

  42. George says:

Above is the link for getting out of your Rogers contract with no penalty. Good luck.

  43. Sonny says:

Rogers just scammed me for call forwarding costs that I was told were free on a previous customer call. When i got transferred to a manager, I was told that I wouldn’t be refunded over $200.00 dollars because their notes indicated that i had never enquired about call forwarding costs. How do customers know what notes are and are not written down. They can essentially claim anything so that refunds don’t have to be given.

The Rogers monopoly has to stop! These bastards set the prices and give consumers no real flexibility.

    Rogers sucks!
    Sonny

  44. Lardbutt says:

I hate Rogers so much, i feel like yanking there digital box out of my tv and throwing it in the streets. Trying to going away for the summer and put your cable on hold I called 1 month ago and nobody told me I had to have a current balance in order to be put on hold, get the stupid phone call today as I am about to leave and now i have to wait for my payment to post than call the stupid as—-back and get it shut off again OMG the nerve they are all retarded!!!!

  45. Trini123 says:

Rogers Home phone was down in Mississauga Jul 10, 2012 from 10:30am to 2:30pm. No dial tone. No explanation from Rogers. I posted a note on a possible credit in their “community forum”and the note got deleted. These outages are gravy for them as people need to use their cell phones more -> more revenue. They probably made a profit on this outage. Shame!

  46. N.Quarmby says:

Rogers seem to have perfected customer abuse and turned it into an artform. To make this a short story, we have wasted four days and risked numerous aneurisms attempting to resolve an installation problem that ROGERS admit they created in the first place! Even my wonderful wife, who has the patience of Job, finally blew a gasket after telling me to calm down and let her deal with the problem in a non postal manner. Even attempting to cancel the service (they want to charge an early cancellation fee for a service which has never worked…so what exactly are they cancelling?) requires you to spend an hour on hold AT THE ROGERS STORE…to no avail. I am passed pissed off and am seriously considering finding others who have been similarly abused, in order to initiate a class action suit against rogers. The only way to effect change with a large company, is to cost them large amounts of money, so maybe if they are forced to return every incorrect over charge, early cancellation fee and unearned tech service charge, plus interest and legal fees…..they would get the point. With any luck….(and hopefully an understanding judge that is also a rogers customer), they could be forced to payout literally millions. Their entire customer disservice sham is purposely design to have you give up (after holding for an hour or so before being transferred to a rep that seems to understand and pretends to resolve your problem….only to be returned to square one) and live with THEIR errors. So, if you are interested in participating in a potential lawsuit against Rogers, contact me via ihaterogers@ymail.com and let’s see if we can’t give them a taste of their own proctology exam.

  47. Bill Giamou says:

Rogers is your basic criminal and corrupt organization sanctioned to steal money from Canadians by the federal government. They charge whatever they want and make you call the “customer service” for hours on end speaking to hightly trained monkees that have escaped from the Toronto Zoo. They will bill you calls and texts that were never sent and will argue for hours on end that your service will only be re-connected if you pay the ransom. Ted Rogers sure created a monster here….hope all their buildings and towers are the next target of those Al-Qeda Asswipes….I would actually cheer for the terrorist!

  49. Andrew says:

Finally , There is hope on the horizon!! I too was lied to by Rogers. I found out today it would only cost me $12.50 to end my term with them. I haven’t taken a phone in 5 years, so without hardware obligation – there’s very little tethering you to these assholes. They changed this a couple of months ago, when – who knows. Like they would advertise that to people as it would send the herd of unsatisfied customers flocking to other providers.

Roped in by temptation of a Blackberry Pearl, I switched from Bell because I got a better plan and a free phone that Bell did not yet carry… Little did I know it would be a change I would regret for the next 5 years. “Does this plan include international text messaging? I travel to USA quite often and don’t want to be billed extra for texting people I’m with at conferences” .. “yes, it does include international text.” … 33 days later I goto the states and am incurred $50 in text messaging fees. Kindly, Rogers refunded me… but I couldn’t cancel my contract because I was 7 days over the free look time period .. (which has since changed to 30 minutes on a new phone and 14 days? … wtf is that?). That was Lie #1 to get my business.

Anyways, after I needed to add on a proper email plan to my phone they roped me in again and forced me into a contract needing Data. This was 2.5years in .. I wanted to die inside knowing I had elongated my pain. They put me on a contract w/o my consent. I needed email notifications for work, they lied to me again saying I wouldn’t be on a term. After a couple of hours of yelling and screaming to different people and telling them to pull the recorded conversation I was finally forced to give up…

I was lied to yet again when I was ready to cancel my term and goto a basic 25/month phone line to hold my number while I traveled Australia… upon my return I was greeted with a phone bill that charged me in full for every month I was away, again given very little to refund. I needed a plan then, and I succumbed again to the devil provider. “How much will it cost me if I want to end this term early?” .. $400. No phone, just using their service…and not having the option of going month to month on data.. If I wanted data – the measly 500 megs .. It would cost me $400 to cancel within 6 months or whatever it was. mmm.. Fair. That was Lie #2 to get my business.

Speaking of fair, present day. I see a plan rogers has, advertised by a rogers store… Free Galaxy S3 with 3 year activation of business plan… 3100 any time minutes, evenings weekends starting at 6, minutes are across north America (I think?) 6 GB data $88/month. I was ready to jump on this plan, pay for the $13add on to get my picture messaging, international texting and voicemail to text.

I went to Wireless Wave to see if they had the same promotion on a referral, yup.. Samsung Galaxy S3, 0$ on select 3 year plans. Guy tells me its a business plan I’ll need to reapply as a business to get it, to which I say I have a personal plan but I am self employed and lets do it. He calls Rogers, says they’ll do it. Says they’ll switch me up, qualify for the Samsung GS3 but I have to goto the rogers store to do it. I thanked him much, wish he could be credited for my business and shook his hand. I went to the rogers store to see 10 people in front of me at a counter of 2 staff… Maybe tomorrow (1 hour spent).

So I qualified for a hardware upgrade anyways, and since I was locked into my term for the sum of $400 (and giving up hope of leaving Rogers) I was waiting for iPhone 5 to come out because I knew Galaxy S3 would be 0$. My hardware upgrade qualified me to get the phone for $150.. then Samsung had a $50 rebate… Rogers offered to give me the max $50 credit agents can give without supervisory overload, but I would have to pay $35 activation fee.

I goto the rogers store, no sorry you have to call in to get that switch. I called from their phone … Was told no, the best she could do is give me the phone for $100, Samsung gives me a $50 mail in rebate AND Id have to pay for the $35 activation. I retort “What activation? I put my sim card in the phone, done, its activated…” This is after talking to business and regular customer service and billing … I say I donno about that, she says I’ll let you think about it I’ll put it on your account you have til Friday to decide (this is Wednesday). I call on Thursday, ask to speak to business.. Guy gives me same BS … Only doesnt offer me extra $50. I ask to talk to a manger… No manager will speak to me if I’m not a business customer. I tell him I want a business line and have 5 staff that need phones (a lie, but thats their game so no harm) and I want to speak to a supervisor because I don’t trust you know what to tell me is correct and I don’t want to get fucked around again…. after being on hold for 15 he says my manager won’t speak to me and forces me back to regular customer service…. I tell cust rep that they are the 4the person I’ve spoken to this call and want to talk to cancellations…

Roll out the red carpet, you want to leave? Oh sorry sorry sorry..What happened? – I tell the long version of all the piss offs… Yes, we will give you a free phone, no you DON’T have to renew your contract, we can’t clear the 35 dollar fee but we WILL credit you 10/month for the next 3months …. Oh wow, ok let me think about it … by the way, how much is my cancellation fee. uhm.. lets see, you signed up January 27 2012 on this plan expires 2015.. $12.50… COUGH”Excuse me ? Only 12 dollars? .. In January I was told it would be $400…” .. “Ya well WE CHANGED OUR POLICY A COUPLE MONTHS AGO.. If you didn’t take a phone and renewed your contract you aren’t penalized any longer” … HOLY FUCKING SHIt!! “That’s the best fucking news I’ve heard all week and the best thing I’ve hard from Rogers in the 5 years I’ve been with you”.

Keep that on my file, I’ll look into the competing offers that had no issues giving me a free phone without having to spend 3 hours asking 6 people.

I call back Cancellations again to confirm it’s only 12.50, then I find out its 12.50 PLUS 30days additional of my activation, so if I transfer my number out to a different provider they get to dig their dirty phalanges into my anus one last time for 30 days of coverage… without actually giving me said coverage. So I ask the girl who’s now offered me 10 dollars/month less than what I’m paying for the remaining term of my contract, clearing the 35 dollar fee, and giving me a free phone AND 50 dollars credit .. (I thought the other 4 people I talked to said they could only get me the phone for $50 plus $35 as a company policy maximum?) .. Anyways, I ask her what if I cancel my contract today in advance for 30days and change it to the lowest amount possible (which is $27) and on that last day that it switches, I either change providers or renew with you … she says then I won’t pay my current full month ($88) but will have to pay the $27. To which I replied, well it looks like I’m going to save that $50 dollars you guys offered me afterall.

So I renewed my contract with Rogers in 2011 for 3yrs, at that point they told me I could upgrade my device but I was happy with my phone so chose not too. Then, around May of this year my phone started giving me a lot of issues, so I called Rogers and asked if I could upgrade now since my phone does not work, but without making any changes to my contract, and I clearly and repeadetly told them, without extending my contract! the rep gave me a few options and I chose the free phone. So I received my phone and a contract package, and realized, they did extend my contract! I called and explained that I did not authorize an extension of my contract, I told them I had told the customer service rep very clearly and repeadetly that I do not want to extend my contract, I went through various departments, and finally the rep just said there is nothing I can do, when I accepted the phone I accepted their contract, when I asked her to listen to the taped conversation I had when I ordered the phone, she said she doesn’t need too because the contract is valid. So now I’m stuck in a contract with a shitty phone until 2016, all I can do is cancel the contract and dish out hundreds of dollars, I have no choice as if I don’t pay, they’ll just ruin my credit. Rogers is decietful, they misleed clients and take advantage of clients.

There are too many problems to talk about with rogers communications. Just when u think u have been screwed by them every possible way, they shit on your face then punch you in the eye. I just want everyone to boycott them so they go out of business and know what it’s like to be fucked over by us. I think we should also try to find away to have their credibility in the credit bureaus taken away so any problem with rogers communications does not affect your credit. Honestly when you Google i hate rogers you see thousands of post where rogers has screwed someone over.3 years ago I had a cell phone bill that was 2 months late because they never sent the bill to my house. Rogers had the wrong address. I had just gotten the phone and they said they would add it to my existing account with cable, internet and home phone. They didn’t. By the time i finished arguing with rogers, which took roughly 2 weeks, it went to 3rd party collections and will be on my credit report for another 3 years. Thanks again Rogers.
