My new hoodie arrived

…and I intend to wear across Canada, as well as in rural, all-white areas in Florida,  Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. If they still let registered Trump-hating liberals past their wall, that is.

Oh, and Hillary will end up with two million votes more than Trump. Minimum.

    Warren,

It would be nice if the Americans did something about the Electoral College. Surprised they didn’t do it in 2000. Are they going to take as long as they did to directly elect Senators???

I went out for Mexican food last night in my small Upper South town only to see a fella at the next table in a Trump hoodie. I’m sure the kitchen staff handled his order maturely.

    Flip the College baby…
    32 days to go.

Crazy and a hail mary…sure…but the Cubs actually won…no?

Why not, but I would be a bit worried myself to wear this considering how violent some Trump supporters are. Nonetheless I suspect in a year’s time you will have a tough time finding anybody who admitted to voting for him.

Well, that moral victory and a $1 will get you a chocolate bar, not the White House.

    The Rainbow Family

Progressives seem depressed, paranoid, volatile. I watch them binge drinking, stoned out of their minds, taking a Valley of the Dolls assortment of pills. (Matt Harrigan now blames drunkenness for his threat to assassinate the President.) They are isolating themselves from mainstream society, acting out with violence, rampaging in the streets, burning, breaking windows, looting, some evidently in the throes of a psychotic break.

Lena Dunham spends her days “grieving”, comparing her experience to the “shivah”, the Jewish mourning ritual. Democrat-Liberal Warren Kinsella warns of “that beast roaming the U.S.” Kinsella is the author of “Fight the Right: A Manual for Surviving the Coming Conservative Apocalypse.” For Progressives, Donald Trump is the Devil, his minions wicked devils, witches, the Apocalypse, now. Only a holy war will do for Progressive fundamentalists. Reader’s Digest proclaims on the cover “The Second Coming of Justin Trudeau” alluding to the return of Christ.

This language of old time religion mingled with Progressive politics is nothing new. November 18th is the anniversary of the Jonestown massacre. A total of 918 souls died in the mass murder, including 304 babies and children – the largest civilian death toll before 9/11. The last words on the Jonestown “Death Tape”: “We didn’t commit suicide. We committed an act of revolutionary suicide protesting the conditions of an inhumane world.” (FBI No. Q042). “Revolutionary suicide” taken from the autobiography of Huey P. Newton, founder of the Black Panthers, the inspiration of Black Lives Matter.

What is not commonly understood is the symbiosis between Jim Jones and Progressive elites. In exchange for bussing in hundreds of highly organized supporters to rallies, mayor George Moscone appointed Jones chairman of the San Francisco Housing Authority. Homosexual martyr Harvey Milk, recounting his ecstatic experiences at Peoples Temple, wrote to Jones: “Rev Jim, It may take me many a day to come back down from the high that I reach today. I found something dear today. I found a sense of being that makes up for all the hours and energy placed in a fight. I found what you wanted me to find. I shall be back for I can never leave.” (Jones was a voracious sexual predator sexually abusing boys and girls.)

California assemblyman Willie Brown marketed Jones as: “what you should see every day when you look in the mirror in the early morning hours… a combination of Martin King, Angela Davis, Albert Einstein… Chairman Mao.” First Lady Rosalynn Carter met Jones on multiple occasions and corresponded with him about Cuba. At the grand opening of the San Francisco Democratic Party Headquarters, Jones got louder applause than Mrs. Carter.

As all cults, Jones took real human problems and used socially-minded religion as a cover for personal enrichment, sexual deviancy and naked power. The politicians turned a blind eye as long as Jones delivered the votes. Amidst the damp fog of puff pieces, it was only after a lone expose of the Peoples Temple in New West Magazine that Jones fled to the jungles of Guyana. There, Jonestown ran like a mini North Korea, Jones’ disembodied, drug-addled and increasingly paranoid voice droned from the PA system 24/7.

The disquieting thing about Progressives today, both in the Democratic Party and around the globe, are the similarities to Peoples Temple. Apocalyptic language, thought terminating clichés, black-and-white and us-versus-them thinking. Isolation from a world considered contaminated and evil. Psychological control based on thought reform (“brainwashing”), public self-denunciation, an obsession with group conformity and thuggery. Suppression of a free press and criticism.

Progressives seem easily seduced by Islam with its language of the “Great Satan” (America), the undertow of liberating suicide. Communist fanatics like Che and Mao remain favourites. (Jones was Maoist.)
Charismatic leaders held up as socialist supermen and superwomen despite widespread rumours of sexual deviancy, graft, corruption, violence. Says one brainwashed follower: “I love Hillary Clinton. I am in awe of her. I am set free by her. She will be the finest world leader our galaxy has ever seen…She deserves straight-up hagiographies and a sold-out Broadway show called RODHAM.” (Heffernan). Even in crushing defeat and widespread rejection, the fevered, insane dream of Saint Hillary burns.

On the anniversary of Jonestown it is important to remember the terrible human cost when dangerous cults are allowed to flourish by the powers-that-be. Important to remember that the Peoples Temple tragedy would have been far worse had a free press not existed. As the deconstruction of Jim Jones, if Republicans and tradition-minded people wish to defeat Progressivism they should drill down on the dark underbelly of what is metastasizing into a cult of global proportions. Democratic personality cults great and small hold tens of millions of Americans in bondage. These tragic souls should to be liberated by the truth lest further horrors befall the Republic.
