Choose about-face. Choose blackface.

    Bingo!

  2. Steve T says:

Actually, I’m not sure he’s an idiot either. It is worse than that – he is hypocritical, sanctimonious, and devious. This article by Andrew Coyne sums it up perfectly:

Warren, I can’t be 100% certain, but I think it was you that stated that when it comes to election results, “the people are always right”.

I’ve always agreed with that idea. If Trudeau gets re-elected, though? I don’t know man….I just don’t know……

I think for a lot of people who see themselves as progressive, virtue is not a matter of personal behaviour or integrity, it’s grounded in their political and social opinions. I’ve never thought my conservative leanings put me in the company of people who were generally more ethical or even nicer than those across the aisle, but that feeling seems to be very common on the port side. If a Con had been caught in blackface, it would be seen as revealing his or her hidden deep desire to reestablish slavery, but when it’s one of their own, it’s embarrassing, but really not all that serious because the “real” JT is revealed in his odes to feminism, Pride Day marches, etc. How anyone can take the apology our apologist-in-chief made seriously boggles my mind, but it seems it’s more than sufficient for lots of people to murmur “Ego te absolvo”.

    • Vancouverois says:

Exactly. It’s why so many Democrats fell over themselves defending Clinton during the Lewinsky scandal and other accusations of sexual misconduct: Clinton supported all the right causes, so he was a “feminist” even if he did occasionally assault someone.

They demand to be judged by what they say, not what they do, when it should be the other way round.

    Sad but true.

    Warren,

To further prove PM Justin Trudeau is an idiot, please follow this like to this MacLeans article: https://www.macleans.ca/news/canada/why-did-the-trudeau-government-approve-bashar-assads-man-in-montreal/

An article says Syrians in Canada are amongst the staunchest supporters of our Idiot in Chief – why would he poke them in the eye with a sharp stick?

You can be assured, this will not go over well within the Syrian community. And Freeland’s excuse!

1/2 Shocked by the comments made to the press by the Syrian Honorary Consul in Montreal and the views he has espoused publicly on social media and elsewhere.

2/2 Neither my team nor I were aware that officials at Global Affairs Canada had approved this appointment. I have asked the Department to look into this right away.

Honestly – you could not make this shite up!

Time for Trudeau and his cabal to sign up for EI.

  7. WestGuy says:

At this point, I’m a little surprised that the CPC hasn’t made more of a point of him being a documented liar and the pattern of hypocrisy.
Also, I’m a little surprised they haven’t made a campaign promise, if elected, to lift cabinet confidentiality and AG privilege and re-open the SNC and Norman inquiries.

    • The Doctor says:

I’m also surprised the CPC hasn’t hammered him harder on his baldfaced lies about the debt and deficit.

      • I’m also surprised the NDP hasn’t hammered him harder on his baldfaced lies about electoral reform.

        • The Doctor says:

Absolutely. In a way, the NDP is still sort of neutered by JT’s progressive virtue-signalling persona. They still won’t really go after JT full-bore, because I think deep down inside a lot of Dippers see JT as part of the progressive camp.

      • Vancouverois says:

There’s still a month to go.

These are far and away the strongest points the CPC has, so I’m sure they’ll want to get to them – but at a time when they feel they’ll have the most impact. That’ll probably be much closer to the actual voting day.

At one point in 2015 they were actually on track to win; but they peaked too early. I’m sure they’ll want to avoid that this time – and also avoid peaking too late.

    • WestGuy,

Perhaps they completely forgot to consult Rempel…

  8. duojet says:

    LOL!!

Full disclosure: I didn’t figure out he was an idiot until the India Trip & Trans Mountain decision. Prior to that I thought he was just a little stunned.

  9. Doron Berger says:

So let’s assume this is the case.

How is it better? Why are these voters settling for an idiot when they can start fresh?

  10. Rich says:

    Brilliant! Nailed it spot on.

  11. Walter says:

There is all the evidence in the world that Trudeau is racist.

    Since being MP, he said:
    1. Québecers better than Albertans
    2. Italian/Greek immigrants are same as ISIS
    3. Engages in Cultural appropriation (India trip).
    4. Chiefs don’t know, but Indigenous kids need canoes
    5. Mixes us Japan PM with China because they all look alike.

This is all on top of wearing blackface multiple times.

Not only does he make racist statements, he uses minorities as props with no intention of respecting their opinions.

Sadly, similar example can be found of Trudeau misogynistic behaviour was well.
